STATEMENT ON PORNOGRAPHY AND RACISM

Let me make this very simple. I am pretty easy-going and not easily offended. HOWEVER, when it comes to anything turned in for my classes I become a prude, a country preacher, your mother at her worst. Besides the fact that it's against the Shasta College Computer Use Policy I find any form of pornography or racism totally unacceptable as part of a formal college class; so unacceptable that it will earn you a F in the course with no appeal. Oh, you can appeal . . . but you will not win the argument. If there is any question in your mind whether something crosses the line please ask.

The course I have experienced the greatest problem with is CIS 81, FrontPage I, web design. While pornography may be a great money maker on the web it will earn you a F on the transcript. You are responsible for anything you create and/or anything you link to (carefully read anything you link to because I do).
